I care deeply about development and health at every level of the professional world. I want everyone to be better, together. From packing chicken sandwiches to managing professional fast-paced teams, I have been shoulder-to-shoulder with creative, hard-working, loving people. During this diverse career, I have put several tools in my mental health tool-belt. I can organize and guide a team to provide remarkable service, I can develop and train young professionals, and I can build mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses and maintain them. Throughout my myriad of work, I have chipped away at a Psychology degree. The training from UCCS has honed my counseling skills, specific therapies, and how to integrate them in a workplace.
