Managed all e-Commerce of a sterling silver design and manufacturing business, including market planning, content strategy & development, promotional campaigns, customer service, website design, web analytics, and web technologies. Analyzed market data to adapt website development, promotional campaigns, and social media strategy to a consumer centric approach that led to 50% account growth and 27% increase in website traffic. Optimized the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns that aided in converting users to customers. Oversaw web analytics related to eCommerce and communicated relevant information to various business units to optimize marketing strategy and plan a successful campaign. Increased the organization’s revenue streams by implementing and leading e-commerce growth strategy.

Supported Finance Manager with financial and administrative duties, including handling correspondence, reports, calendars, etc. Converted purchase order transactions from paper invoices to QuickBooks and online invoicing, giving the Finance Manager an organized report displaying purchase orders, a “by item” production list, and a forecast of future account receivables. Demonstrated a high attention to detail by reconciling the bank statement versus business check book on QuickBooks that provided the organization an exact accounting of incoming and outgoing funds.

Assisted the Director of Athlete Development in mentoring and progressing student athletes beyond their respective sport. Developed athletes’ skills in self-management, finance, and personal branding through exercises and presentations to equip them with necessary tools to be successful in business and professional settings.  Facilitated community service for two student athletes to mentor minors in the SC Department of Juvenile Justice that provided a symbiotic relationship of growth. Organized a networking event for 55 student athletes to connect with alumni and professionals in respective fields of interest.
