I design critical operational deployed headquarters network infrastructure solutions for overseas temporary structures supporting 700 users within tight time and budget constraints.To implement this I lead 3 teams of IT engineers deployed at short notice, working collaboratively with other agencies across multiple locations simultaneously.it is my role to conduct effective communication lines between stakeholders and other involved parties to ensure efficient and effective IT solutions are engaged.I develop and implement appropriate risk and change management strategies, communicating these to relevant parties to ensure timely compliance.I carry out relevant quality assurance tasks to ensure that deployed solutions are compliant with military and civilian standards and meet customer requirements.I am responsible for the mentoring, training and development of my team members. I have a great depth of experience and technical knowledge in my specialist field, but have broadened my learning to encompass related fields. I freely impart this knowledge for the benefit of my juniors and encourage them to make use of CPD opportunities and advise them where to find these and best employ themFinally I support NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps HQ with specialist technical expertise and advice to develop new network concepts
