Skilled in galvanising, motivating and leading high performing teams.I specialise in fire risk management across the built environment, with a particular focus on High Risk Buildings (HRBs).My excellent knowledge and understanding of the current turbulent fire safety legislation landscape has allowed me to offer strategic consultative services to assist clients navigate compliance and plan for the future.I have demonstrated my skills and knowledge most recently as the Head of Building Safety for a large Managing Agent and prior to that as Operations Manager for a leading Risk Consultancy. This has been underpinned by 14 years experience in the London Fire Brigade, stress-testing policies, leading teams and making critical life-saving decisions. I have also managed multiple stakeholders whilst organising international sports events. As a result I have become resilient at problem solving and an effective leader in dynamic business environments.Being a passionate Rugby player and Coach has also allowed me to channel my Rugby values in my approach to effective leadership focusing on embedding a strong team culture to drive successful outcomes.I am always learning and i am currently completing the Level 6 NEBOSH National Diploma in OH&S.
