Job Duties:* Manage a $10,000,000+ Used Car Inventory •Help the reconditioning department turn 50+ vehicles per week, 200+ per month •Allocating vehicles to the appropriate auction, independent wholesaler, or other dealers •Maximize Profit (minimize losses) for each wholesale unit •Liasion between the dealership and auction representatives for negotiations, and arbitrations •Purchasing over $1,000,000 of monthly inventory for our used car lots •Actively track and price frontline inventory to stay competitive with our market*Overseeing the appraisal department •Align management's strategies with efficient practices to maintain and grow a 45%+ capture rate •Train/Improve the appraisers' ability to navigate and evaluate the ever-changing market conditions •Work with sales managers to capture as many organic trades and purchases as possible

During my time at Motor City I have managed well over $105,000,000 worth the inventory varying from all different sources: trade-in appraisals, wholesale auction sites in various city's & states, dealer collaboration, lease-end purchasing, and high-line vehicle sales.
