Professionally, and increasingly historically, a lawyer specialising in commercial real estate. More recently (and a lot more fun), a photographer, with particular emphasis on wildlife and travel. Will never be satisfied until featured in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Natural History Museum (7 shortlists to date, but no final listing so far...). At least I now have the full front page of The Sun in my portfolio, but WPOTY remains the target. Lifelong Southampton FC supporter, which has fostered equally lifelong delusions of hope over experience. Gave up season ticket after many years at the Dell, following the first season at St Mary’s which for me never had the same atmosphere. But (to paraphrase a comment about Maradona), you can take the boy out of Southampton, but not Southampton out of the boy.
