About Graham Rodd

My progressive career has introduced me to a multitude of business environments such as hotel management, computer sales, consulting, financial management, Information Technology, and Telecommunications. Each of these environments required that I learn and apply different skills. This exposure has netted me extensive business knowledge, technical experience, and the ability to adjust to new situations quickly and tackle challenging assignments. Initiative, ability to self-direct, self-motivate, and motivate others are some words used to describe my work ethic. Communication with clients and my ability to work with, and through, others is my strength. My facilitation and presentation skills allow me to bring people together to see common goals, understand constraints, and to work together. I enjoy creating and working within team environments to solve problems and meet deadlines. I am always asking the question why and looking for ways to improve how business is conducted.
