Knights Group Limited are a comprehensive; quality orientated Security Service, who are active in all levels of security within the industry and are able to provide accurate and effective security solutions Nationwide – key clients include Wembley Stadium, Twickenham Stadium, QPR, Reading FC, Southampton FC, Aston Villa FC and Fulham FC.Key Responsibilities• Olympics 2012o Participated in all planning and preparation for support of this evento Key point of contact (namely LOCOG) dealing with personnel at all levelso Managed up to 900 staff per day at the Olympic Stadium including the opening and closing ceremonies.o Managed all staff supplied to Excel Centre and Media Centreo Managed and organised 250 staff at all of the 8 Wembley football events • Key contact for clients during events, dealing with issues such as: motivation of staff and ensuring the smooth running of the operation.• Dealing with last minute requests from clients.• Organisation of all staff working at all events.• Working with clients to ensure that events are staffed appropriately according to standards and requirements.• Organising transport for staff – ensuring transport meets cost and safety requirements• Logistics for all events, such as supply and deployment of qualified staff.• Supervision of Staffing Manager.• Maintaining a good rapport with all of our clients.

• Responsible for the induction of new clients and setting fitness programmes. • Teaching classes of up to 40 people for spinning, circuit training, Kettle Bells and Power Plate courses. • The position involves achieving a high level of customer service, through determining clients’ personal needs and motivating them to achieve their goals.
