Current daily responsibilities include: - Collaborate with security/system admin team on more complex issues requiring higher tier expertise- Communicate with customers daily through email and phone to provide updates on ongoing issues.- Demonstrate knowledge of how hardware meets software in troubleshooting- Configure application/port settings on new kiosks and kiosk hardware for customer- Use remote software to diagnose issues in Windows 10- Use monitoring platforms to preform checks on field kiosks and quickly react if any issues are noticed- Use Salesforce daily to update and customers and track progress on ongoing projects/issues

As a Digital Technology Specialist at Freeman Signs I have gained a vast expansion of new knowledge that I did not carry before I took on this role. I have always been willing to learn and be versatile within this company. Some key things I have gone above and beyond to do with Freeman Signs that were not part of my everyday role include:-Earning a class A CDL to be able to drive any truck in our crane and lift fleet-Signing up with the state as an electrical apprentice in order to be able to work with our electrical department and meet inspectors for final sign offs on completed installations-Volunteering to take an OSHA 10 hour construction course to help our company add value to credibility-Marketing our services and selling additions to current projects, or securing new business opportunities.My daily responsibilities are generally different everyday, and include but are not limited to:-Diagnosing and repairing digital signs that have failures-Solving network issues that my cause communication failures between the sign and the end user-Learning multiple software platforms for use on different makes of signage and being efficient in using them to either diagnose and solve failures or teach end users how to navigate and make use of the software for themselves.-Oversight of new digital projects from start to finish-Wiring and programing new signs that are being fabricated for new install-Creating initial content for clients that are getting a new sign-Training clients on how to use software that will allow them to create content and schedule it to their sign-Networking our services daily and striving to secure new business opportunities

Started as a line cook for caterings and events and left here with four years experience as a manager of a team of around 40 people as well as a senior event coordinator for our clients. My weekly responsibilities included:-Scheduling employees for multiple events-Budgeting and purchasing products and often equipment for multiple events during any given week-Planning events with clients and assuring they are accommodated to the fullest while prioritizing that clients are pleased with performance-Marketing our services and securing new business opportunities-Keeping employees calm and motivated in high stress environments (keeping pace with food demand at events can often get extremely stressful)-Strategic planning for each event to ensure efficiency and maximize profit-Tracking finances and securing cash for safe holding during events-Finalizing total profits and paying a percentage out to event holders-Quickly and efficiently solving problems or obstacles by way of critical and creative thinking
