Working with existing clients and developing new clients in the plastics recycling industry.Supporting clients with requirements for machine maintenance, new parts and on-site support for plastic recycling and shredding companies using granulators from companies including Zerma, Herbold and Sorema among others.Working with clients from initial contact, through to supply, installation and maintenance for projects including• Granulator blade supply, manufacture and regrinding.• Granulator rotor refurbishment, hard-face welding and balancing.• Granulator chamber repair and wear plate design and manufacture using Hardox® wear plates• Washer and drier impellor rebuilds and balancing.• Laser and waterjet cut shredder teeth blades and spacers.• Polyurethane hopper paddles.• General fabrication work for washer and drier plants, conveyor systems and handling equipment.
