As a service desk technician I am entrusted with: -Bespoke software support: I have been able to learn and support a handful of bespoke software of varying types to an excellent standard-Database management: a good understanding of SQL and investigations in database entries by using scripts to check, maintain and update SQL databases.-End user administration: a good knowledge of Active Directory for Windows/citrix user management combined with careful, common sense approach to user admin duties.-Investigation and triage: I have an excellent standard of investigation and have been able to learn several bespoke software packages on the back of inquisitive testing and user support.-Incident logging: I routinely keep extensive logs of work and am able to present written work in a clear and concise fashion.-Customer service: an excellent standard of care to ensure client satisfaction and a friendly, personable yet professional approach to dealing with customers and end users.-Training: new members of staff are trained efficiently by myself in a hands-on, pro-active way and ad-hoc support is provided to them at all times. I have been entrusted with training staff on many occasions.-Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7/10, Outlook, web use and Hammer Editor.
