I have built, manage and nurture a growing team of 26 experienced, highly talented and ISTQB qualified QA Automation Engineers across multiple Agile projects. The team is 90% automated testing focused using BDD and C#.I have a wealth of experience from old school Waterfall through to fast-paced Agile projects and am experienced in writing comprehensive QA Strategies based on industry standard software testing principles, approaches and techniques where automation efforts are tailored depending on project requirements and priorities.As well as being responsible for recruiting, training, directing, managing and resourcing the QA Team across projects, I am also fully hands on, building Behaviour Driven Development test automation solutions for complex products using UI, API and file sharing within both JVM and .Net ecosystems. I regularly lead the QA efforts in short sprint, high-pressure projects for big clients, including CI/CD build pipeline integration to support regression testing.
