I have spent my career in field engineering, customer support, both nationally and internationally. Solving problems and dealing with clients is is what I enjoy and do best. When I was made redundant, I took the opportunity to study for my Degree in Computing as a mature student to fill a gap in my qualifications. Customer Support has provided me with a challenging and interesting career. Having had a varied career, I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of customer support.from the technical aspects through to the softer skills, such as people skills that are required.
