I am a property lawyer in the Housing and Regeneration department of Trowers & Hamlins based in the Exeter office. I act for a significant number of Registered Providers and advise on all aspects of development, property acquisitions and sales, shared ownership, right to buy and mortgage work as well as governance and general housing issues. In the past, I have also carried out a variety of property litigation work for social landlords covering areas such as rent recovery, injunctions and possession actions.I now focus on development and property charging work but my overall experience allows me to provide a wide variety of general housing advice including advice on current issues which arise in the housing sector.
