I have been a Director of The KWP Ltd since September 2022 providing consultancy and financial services for the skills and education sector. During this time I have provided support to many colleges, including financial support, capital project planning and review and curriculum reviews. This also included the role of Interim Chief Operating Officer (covering the temporary vacancy) for Bournemouth and Poole College from October 2023 to January 2024 and Interim Finance Consultant at Solihull College and University Centre from June 2024 to date. I also support and co-ordinate The College Collective in partnership with the AoC and over 20 colleges and am a Senior Project Consultant for Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce, advising and supporting the Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) for Thames Valley Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
