Lincolnshire

As Operations Director, my principal focus encompassed operational leadership across five manufacturing facilities consisting of the most technically-advanced processing Laundry in Europe. I managed teams of 250 multi-skilled staff (six direct reports), with responsibility for reviewing KPIs and ensuring all processing and manufacturing processes, are maintained in accordance with company requirements. Additionally, I had oversight of budgets, including establishing cost controls and reviewing purchasing with a £12m spend.
