Job is to support a well established business with Branches in Kalgoorlie, Ravensthorpe, Esperance and Pt. Hedland. In the role I will be the interface to add support both our Projects and Labour Hire Divisions to provide the best support and service to existing and new clients.Role will enable myself to bring and impart my experience within Maintenance and Management across the CPC Business.I will be also instrumental in continuing with my passion on Asset Mnagement to provide innovative solutions to our current clients using the latest technologies available. CPC have identified this area as key to provide added value to customers and as such and I am proud to announce the start of another division within the CPC Group "CPC Asset Management"

Placed in the role to run both the Operations and Maintenance for the mine. The Mine was in a time where there was concerns in providing materials for the Mills and also management of the cave.During this time we achieved all budgetted outcomes and ensured processes that were being used were challenged and changed where required.Included Cave Management, Fit for purpose Equipment, Structure to ensure accountability.

Covered all aspects of Maintenance Management across Cadia Valley inclusive of;Surface and U/G FleetsFixed Plant both Surface and U/G

Worked with Newcrest in Managing the WA Telfer operations whilst they recruited a new Maintenance Manager. (6 Months)Managed the Cadia Valley open cut Fleet due to poor reliability and availability to lift it to the levels to achieve budgeted costs and material movements. (18 months)performed this role until taking up the position of Maintenance Manager for the site.

Worked with Construction to build the U/G Ridgeway Mine from greenfields.- New Maintenance team- Maintenance Strategies- Commissioning- Electrical, Mechanical

Began with Beltreco as the Goldfields area Manager and transfered to Mackay to run a newly purchased company (Gulf Conveyor Services) Completed my time in NSW before leaving to work for Newcrest Mining.Work performed whilst at Belreco was;- Rubber Linings both Hot and cold- Conveyor Supply, install and splicing (Hot / Cold)- Blast and paint- Urethane casting and moulding

- Managed all U/G mechanical equipment inclusive of Fleet, Fixed plant and all u/g installations. Instrumental in getting the first Ore Handling System for the Whenan shaft up and operational.- Requested and worked as Project Foreman for site for last 5 years and looked after all projects up to 1 million dollars for both surface and U/G as well as key work such as the main metallurgical tank refurbishments and tails dam works. (Key shutdown works and installations for all departments across sites)

Started as a fitter and ended up as a mechanical Foreman looking after all fixed plant for the Mine both surface and U/G inclusive of Winders for both Windarra and lancefield.
