My involvement in curriculum development reflects my commitment to shaping impactful learning experiences, and my proficiency in crafting quality assessments underscores my dedication to fostering comprehensive educational growth.Before entering education I worked in the IT field, particularly in bespoke software design, system administration and project management. I have led teams of varing sizes for over 15 years and always seek to bring out the best in all my colleagues.
