Principal Accountabilities Manage all health and safety rules, procedures and scheduled inspections on sites in my region whilst maintaining close working relationships with the regional O&M centres.Manage the closing out of snagging lists on existing and new assets, responsible for general site and substation housekeeping, access, welfare and maintenance facilities on the assets.Develop strong relationships and represent the interests of EDF ER with key stakeholders including landowners, planners, wind turbine suppliers and O&M providers and manage the community funds associated with the assets.Manage all planned general inspections, service and maintenance activities and end of warranty inspections, accurate and timely reporting of asset performance and proposed improvements.Attend all operational meetings with service providers, both internal and external Inspect and review all service reports to ensure that work has been carried out to a high standard meeting the contractural obligations.

Implementing all aspects of new & existing clients contracts into Natural Power Asset Mgmt services, ensuring timelines & scope are correctly and timely implemeted whilst managing WindCentre with the assistance of the WindCentre Manager & the team.Covering Control Point services with NGET, clients representatives, Wind Farm Managers & SAP's, all aspects of Control room functionality & site management whilst maintaining the highest standards of H&S management principles....or something like that, not forgetting being flexible in approach :-)

Manage a Operations Centre of 11 excellent staff controlling over 1.8GW of wind energy from almost 1,000 Turbines, provide Control Point services liaising with The National Grid for EDT & EDL for several BMU's.provide emergency response services both onshore & offshore, lone /remote worker buddy cover and monitoring.

Managed 3 sites in the North Of Scotland of 50 Siemens 2.3CS & 3 Enercon E70's along with a Mr McLeish of natural Power. Obtaining SAP status for 33kv after 4 months, responsible for H&S on site.
