Owner of Dreamlifts Ltd, appointed as General Sales and Service Agent to Antonov Company and doing business under the Antonov Airlines brand. Dreamlifts gathered the most experienced heavy and outsized air cargo professionals to re-establish Antonov Airlines as a prominent force in the air charter market growing the business by more than 70% during its tenure. With a team of 30 employees around the globe looking to me for entrepreneurial leadership, I strived to create a workplace culture which was enthusing and stimulating no matter what the role within the company. I firmly believe that recognition and reward of the efforts for the team motivates as a whole and am adamant that this contributed to the position of the Dreamlifts team as the prominent player in the outsized air cargo sector.Becoming an entrepreneur in 2016 was very much an invigorating experience. The command gained in areas far away from my past experience in sales and operations included employment law, business premises leasing, mid-sized business (MSB) auditing, international taxation regimes, export trade control laws, aircraft maintenance programs and management have enhanced my 'grey matter'. I established and headed Dreamlifts' US subsidiary company 'Antonov Airlines Inc' navigating the registration, employment and taxation challenges in three separate states.And all this from a chap who didn't go to University and started out working at the bottom. I feel proud to have achieved it even looking back at the mistakes and sacrifices made along the journey.

Appointed by Antonov Company's Management Team to establish their re-invigorated independent presence in the world cargo arena, I was honoured to take up this exciting role. With a combined direct and in-direct report of more than 40 sales and operational personnel across the globe, I steered the airline to revenue levels in excess of USD 160m per annum and a 50% market-share in the worldwide outsized air cargo sector.As the worldwide general sales and service representative for Antonov's fleet of AN-124, AN-225 and AN-22 aircraft, the team at Antonov Airlines' UK and US offices passionately worked to deliver the most respected personal and flexible service in the heavy-lift and out-size cargo market to our customers in all corners of the globe.

Providing strategic business and advisory services to National Airlines and National Air Cargo as well as business development for our fleet of Boeing 747-400BCF freighters and Boeing 757-200 passenger airliners.

Responsible for development of sales and business together with management of special projects for the combined fleet of AN124 and AN225 aircraft from Antonov Airlines and Volga Dnepr Airlines.

Development of sales and operation of the AN124, AN225, AN22 and AN12 fleet of Antonov Airlines. Antonov Airlines was marketed worldwide by Air Foyle Ltd and later Air Foyle Heavylift Ltd. In July 2006 this arrangement ended when Antonov Airlines established a joint venture company with Volga Dnepr Airlines and I was transferred over to this company where I work to this day.

Involved in the sales and coordination of charter flights operated by TNT's fleet of BAe 146, Airbus A300 and Boeing 727 aircraft. Curious cargoes included racehorses, F1 racing cars and Class 7 cargoes.
