- Lead and oversee 4 recreation assistants daily by communicating job expectations, planning, and monitoring set-ups and routine tasks- Ensure safety of over 1,000 daily UREC participants, co-workers, and JMU Sport Club teams, while maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility

- Maintain and prepare over 270,000 square feet of recreation areas including the gymnasiums, multi-activity centers, tracks, racquetball courts, and turf field for use by students- Provide quality service to over 1,000 daily UREC participants

- Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Co-Finance Chair on the development and management of the budget- Communicate with 100 members about dues and assist with the financial management of over $20,000- Work closely with the VP of Finance and VP of Membership to organize the $2,500 budget and supplies for 10+ events throughout the year- Manage/coordinate multiple activities and events for all 100 members

- Performed reconciliations for corporate card accounts with 50,000+ transactions, assisted with 1099 reporting, and validated 3,000+ UCP uploads- Supported investment accounting team with 20+ Month-End & Quarter-End tasks, using Clearwater and Bloomberg for trade investigations, and automated 10-Q footnote roll-over- Analyzed 5,000 equity holdings over 20 years, shadowed management of $2.6B in money market securities, and researched/reported 30 industry KPIs and FX rate risk models

- Greet all 7000+ members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with facility policies and procedures while providing professional and friendly customer service- Maintain order and efficiency of bag drop off during periods of high player traffic- Inspect condition of all golf carts with specific attention to their cleanliness and appearance before and after every member’s round
