National Retail Sales Manager
Responsibilities • Growth- Build the Canadian Retail strategy and manage the Retail segment for all product opportunities. Ensure the Retail strategy translates into concrete action plans and being executed.- Build, coordinate and execute Marketing Plans (Offer launch, Partner Relationships Management, Brand, Supply Chain, Electrician programs) with all internal stakeholders.- Develop a strong channel management- Understand underlying needs of customers, their growth drivers and incorporate these insights into strategic business development- Devise & implement strategies for maintaining relationships in exiting account management & thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction- Identify and qualify alliances – partnerships- Understand, analyze competition evolution - Effectively leverage digital opportunities to develop the Retail business • Customer Satisfaction- Drive Customer Satisfaction improvement as a key performance indicator• Supply Chain- Sales Inventory by providing reliable forecasts- Participate in new product introduction by defining access to market, point of sales, and points of inventory.• People Management- Assure high level of people engagement. In an on-going way, analyze and define action plan to reinforce people engagement- Develop people through coaching and training - Create Retail DNA by recruiting high talents outside and training inside- Define competency strategy & execute accordingly- Instill collaboration attitude
