I'm now a qualified advisor at the bureau with special responsibility for email queries. I also do some face-to-face and telephone advice. Mainly I'm a generalist who has to respond to the medley of queries that come in through our new AmyinBelfast advice link. So far the link has been dealing successfully with advice work in all the major areas of our concern: benefits, employment, housing, family law, consumer rights, etc.
