As a contractor, I was tasked with optimizing various art submissions made for the Unreal Engine 4’s Marketplace. This included, but was not limited to using the Unreal Engine 4’s toolkit to create showcase and preview levels. These levels showed off the art and musical submissions in a professional manner to marketplace viewers. I was also tasked with creating shaders based on the various textures that were submitted alongside the 3d content. Outside the realm of level design, I also worked in Photoshop to create RGB texture masks, as well as marketplace preview screenshots for people’s assets. 3D Studio Max was also prominently used for fixing pivot points, and creating collision models. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in helping with the launch of the Unreal Editor 4’s Marketplace! -
