As an executive coach and leadership strategy consultant, I'm quick to listen and slow to speak, leading with curiosity as I help clients become well-rounded leaders. My passion is to work with leaders and their teams, helping accelerate individual and team growth and performance by establishing psychological safety, encouraging a diversity of thought, fostering curiosity, and keeping lines of communication open and clear. I seek to build inclusive environments where people can be who they are and have their many intersectional identities respected and accepted; their voices and contributions valued. My diversity of experiences coupled with my diverse educational background provides me a unique lens from which I help others. I have worked in non-profit, education, and corporate settings, in fast growing startups and large multinational corporations, working closely with the C-suite and senior leaders.When I need to rest, you can find me fly-fishing for trout on a mountain stream, building sandcastles on the beach with my kids, or just sipping on tea in a local park. I'm a sometimes baker and street photographer, too.
