Xior Student Housing acquired 5,340 units across four countries in addition to the operating platform, for a consideration of €939m.- 2021 Lead financial advisor to Moda Living in establishing a development led joint venture with KKR that will target an initial £1bn portfolio comprising 5,000 homes in regional cities across the UK.- 2019 Lead financial advisor on the restructuring and recapitalisation of Mountpark's €1.2bn pan-European logistics land promotion, development and investment platform.- 2019 Lead financial advisor on the sale of dbSymmetry, the leading independent UK logistics development business owned by Delancey's DV4 vehicle and management, to Tritax Big Box REIT.
