MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS• Designing and implementing single file structure for completely integrated media booking, billing and accounting systems incorporating all 9 UK business units• Setting up and managing local business scheme and task force as lead in go live pilot in advance of full national roll out• Ensuring all media buyers and planners were integrated onto the same booking ,billing and buying system for current and new activities, and analysis thereof.• Setting up brand new separated powers security groups and switching all employees and those employed by recently purchased entity, to centrally monitored and controlled/ designated units.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES• Leading team of external DDS software consultants, internal Finance and Media staff, alongside selected freelance resources, through pilot and roll out phases of planning, development and implementation of Single File accounting and media Project.• Liaising and coordination of 9 business unit specifications, through their separate FD’s , and rationalisation into agreed single standard requirements.• Interim management of credit management, billing and accounts payable functions• Managing integration for both security and accounting functions of disparate UK business units with newly acquired ones.
