I am a third generation builder and the owner of gProjects LLC, a development and building company in the central neighborhoods of Seattle. Growing steadily since 2003, gProjects builds pedestrian oriented, über sustainable, contemporary townhouse clusters. Material reuse, parking decentralization and design to promote spontaneous community interaction are examples of the company philosophy built into every project. In a prior life, I worked as a land use and municipal lawyer at a firm downtown following graduation from Macalester College and Seattle University School of Law (cum laude). I currently am serving on the board of the San Juan Island Sailing Foundation and help manage the high school racing team, play over 40 GSSL Soccer, and enjoy working in my garden with wife Jen and our three kids.
