This is achieved by collecting equipment data from OEM’s, project leaders, schedulers, planners and maintainers. • Responsible for reviewing spares required and creating a bill of materials for each model of equipment.• Utilising RCM principles create task lists for mobile equipment ready for operational use on site, initially setting maintenance schedules, linking parts requirements and creating maintenance plans in SAP to effectively maintain each new asset. • Maintain a database containing assets registration, location and end user information for all light mining equipment. This includes passenger cars, 4WD, buses, light trucks, compressors, pumps, forklifts, heavy trailers and floats, cranes, elevated work platforms and other ancillary equipment. • Rectify or manage the rectification of maintenance systems issues and resolving any issues through continuous improvement initiatives.
