The OKTiK partnership is a group of deep engineering and systems talent from the UK and Asia that have built a long track record in delivering Digital Workplace Transformations in the Microsoft Workplace environment. On our most recent project at Coca Cola, we were able to use automated platforms to cement the working environment stemming from a complex multi company merger and move 25,000 employees across Europe from a mixed/legacy cloud environment to a fully integrated single remote cloud delivered workplace. With most migrations managed remotely for both PC and mobile users, over 250Tbytes of user data was moved to the cloud, hardware refreshed or upgraded, networks reconfigured, O/S systems refreshed and applications updated. Peak migration rates were over 500 users per day with the entire deployment phase taking under 9 months. Critical to this move was an interim hybrid environment that coupled with the automation minimised any impact to the end users during this very challenging Covid period.

Greyfly are Programme, Project, & PMO knowledge and delivery experts working across multiple sectors. They are collaborating with the University of Southampton to conduct extensive research and development of AI and its application to PM services and tools. As this research becomes commercialised into their proprietary toolset, this approach has the potential to deliver major benefits to large enterprise Project Management. Intensive data analysis and learning of past project profiles will result in a predictive engine that in real-time will be able to identify ongoing risks and provide early alerts in current projects. Thus a great potential to reduce project cost and improve delivery. My role with Greyfly is 3 fold. Provide strategic board level advice. Advise on technical implementation strategy and networking amongst prospective enterprise clients.

This is a project that is centered on a Mayoral sponsored partnership between the Shanghai and London City Governments. It is being developed around the concept of twin Technology Hubs located in the two cities that will act as centers to showcase technologies, draw in private and public Investment and drive the delivery of critical Low Carbon projects especially in China. I am working as one of the two joint leaders of this project to bring the concepts to fruition and establish operations in Shanghai and London this calendar year. As joint leader we jointly delivered a major two-day summit in Shanghai Lingang in January 2015 securing the participation of government leaders, technology companies, academics and financiers. A return summit was held in London in June 2015 where the shanghai and London governments signed a co operation agreement. Part of this is to establish a low carbon technology landing centre in Shanghai linked with the incubator/accelerators at London Imperial College and Edinburgh University. The aim is to build a community of >100 companies over the next 12 months that will directly influence low carbon industry development in China whilst offering substantial commercial prospects to qualified UK companiesThis project has now transferred into the formal operations of Shanghai Carbon Valley

CloudTalent is a fast growth client advisory group assisting major enterprise organisations develop their corporate IT platforms on a vendor independent basis. (Following an introduction and value proposition driven by the CT management team with myself as a major contributor, CloudTalent has now been acquired by Avanade).Within CloudTalent, the group is building several specialist areas and I led the development of a specialist Microsoft group, now integrated with the cloud practice. Under my leadership the practice quickly gained traction with a range of blue chip clients, specialising on the transformation of legacy Microsoft Infrastructure to Office 365/Azure mobile workplace environments. The team was able to deliver a £multi million revenue stream from its first year. Key clients included a range of major UK based Blue Chips with global operations. The practice also engaged with key Microsoft teams and specialist Microsoft partners such as Avanade to unblock and accelerate Office 365 deployment in highly complex enterprise environments. We drove enterprise deployments of O365 and cloud in a range of enterprise organisations that as a whole represent more than 1 million potential O365 seat deployments.

After more than 100 major programs, my role is to fully migrate this platform to a cloud platform and promote growth in the new distinct software division.
