Profile bio

About Graham Browning

I love helping to create workplaces where people thrive and costly mistakes are avoided. I do that through training and working 1-1 with people.I started out as an Associate in the employment team at Freshfields before moving into a joint legal and people role. I learnt how things go wrong and what it takes to address issues at source. I became the Global Head of People Performance and Employee Relations. I conceived and led the Being Freshfields culture reboot. For seven years I was a faculty member on a Stephen Lawrence Foundation initiative. To go further into inclusion I moved to a behaviour consultancy where I trained renowned organisations. I also built a successful investigation and mediation business, that became the company's biggest generator within two years.

Listed skills include Employment Law, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Management, and 12 others.
