Responsible for the overall new business development, management of marketing, sales and operations of the company in all markets

- Promote our freight and logistic services to new and existing business- Quotation of rates to existing and new business - Distribute marketing material and quotations to new business- Maintain current customers rates and service- Manage all Asian & North American import air freight rates and contracts- Travel to Asia & North America to trouble shoot and develop business associations and relationships- Assist in training staff on import regulations and services offered from Asia & North America- Monitor profit margins and volume/tonnage statistics and ensure that budgets and targets are met covering all Sydney staff- Ensure that all personal target budgets are met- Monitor any regulation changes that could effect business and keep staff and customers advised to minimize any impacts- Assist in developing target markets and marketing plans to achieve set targets- Motivate other staff to achieve set targets and goals

- Co ordinate import and export shipments on an international level to meet all required delivery dates while minimizing costs- Co ordinate sea and air consolidation loadings to maximize company profits - Train new staff in their job roles- Introduce shipping and freight principals to new staff- Set up new routings and customers- Maintain large accounts, including rates and services- Co ordinate freight costings when required for individual customer shipments
