I have Technical experience in Food, Meat and meat products.Strong interpersonal skills and people empathy.Previously owned and managed a meat cutting plant and abattoir and also a Catering Butchery supplying educational and hospital contracts.As MD had extensive contact with external regulatory bodies and full responsibility for Health and Safety regulations and complying with technical food and hygiene requirements and legal obligations.Worked in a Food consultancy managing a Help Sell division for Internationall and UK companies, taking their products to market in Foodservice and Retail Sectors.Logistics experience gained with 2 major operators, managing business for major pub chains and fast food companies.Substantial commercial and marketing experience in own label and branded foods manufacturing for major retailers and foodservice companies.
