Subsea Well Access professional with over 35 years experience, as part of Expro Group, providing oilfield services across the worldwide energy industry. Joining the industry through an Expro apprenticeship role allowed me to deepen my experience and understanding, leading to the position of global Vice President for Subsea Well Access. Responsible for managing an international team, who work to support subsea operations across the entire well lifecycle from E&A through to P&A and decommissioning.Problem solving and managing a team are two of the most fulfilling aspects of my role – working with others locally and across the globe to help encourage people to get the most out of their talents. I also use this attitude to support the youth football team that I coach and help prepare my three children for the future challenges they may face.
