Instrumental in redefining the legacy solution delivery methodology into a complete, scalable and effective project delivery framework used by all sizes and types of IT project. The new framework incorporated KPI’s and metrics for advanced management reporting and emphasized the key elements of successful project management in a series of lightweight tools, templates and processes. Led the replanning phase of a large, highly complex, regulatory project in a challenging business environment. At the end of replanning the project had a defined focus and a clear path to completion.

Responsible for managing multiple work packages in the infrastructure stream of a $56M program to develop a brand-new website and lottery gaming portal. Work involved coordinating in-house, contract and vendor enterprise application architects, network and security teams in a challenging environment of 6 key vendors in 5 countries and 12 data centers. Constant rescheduling, replanning and renegotiation was necessary to accommodate many technical challenges whilst keeping the project moving forward.
