Graham Consulting works with various stakeholders in the Business Community, along a broad range of business services including Marketing/Sales/Labor Relations/Training & Business Solutions.We specialize in all aspects of the project or sale, including contract negotiations, and meeting with all stakeholders which include, the Retail Trade, Manufacturer's, Gov't, and Developers.Our expertise covers most of the large big box retail operations across Canada, as well into the U.S. markets. In addition, we have key contacts, along with key distribution across Canada, and have established strong relationships with many stakeholders.

I have many years of sales and marketing expertise, having worked in big box retail/wholesale/and dealer networks, in addition, I have a strong background in the commercial and industrial markets, including the Building Industries, specifically materials, working with purchasing agents/project managers/department managers/business owners/developers/ engineers and building contractors. I have worked both on a contract basis & full time basis, and I am able to travel extensively if required. In addition, I have extensive experience in the product development areas, building dealer networks, and managing accounts, and have prior experience in directing employees, and the operation of branch sales and distribution.

Working with several departments within the Calgary Transit & Transportation Department, City of Calgary. Departments included Operations/Engineering & Maintenance/Customer Service/labor relations/OH&S/Training & Administration.Project management: Working with committee's involved in the re-org, Calgary Transit, developing a new set of Corporate Missions, Values, & Operating Principles.Interacting with all stakeholders, including all personnel involved in design and costing, along with all the stakeholders in the Customer Service, Marketing, and Labor Relations departments.Expertise in the Labor Relations, contract negotiations, and human resource functions within the Transportation and Logistics areas, City of Calgary.Basic Literacy Skills training, facilitating and teaching new employee's and other stakeholders, in basic literacy skills, along with some computer skills & English training for new Canadians.Working in conjunction with Bow Valley College, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.Working with various committees and boards, involved in the municipal operations and buildings/structures.Past involvement in the OH&S Committee's with the Transportation Department, City of Calgary.
