Working in Senior lIving is surprisingly one of the most rewarding industries I have been involved in. The residents make it very rewarding to come to work everyday.As the maintenance director at our Danvers location I oversaw housekeeping, preventative maintenance, general maintenance and emergency preparedness in a customer service driven department.

This position was a typical Quality Assurance Position with a contractor for the Queensland State Government, the Department of Main Roads. My duties were typical of but not limited to:•The creation of documents at hold points in the project to check the quality of the work and allow work to proceed.•Professional communication via email, face to face and telephone with sub-contractors to test the geotechnical and geometric quality of the work.•Have a disciplined office job with regular checks of the site in order to foresee the work of laborers to keep one step ahead of progress.•Maintain a well documented system of all quality assurance documents in order for the company to get paid.•Know and learn detailed specifications in a short time so that documents can be created efficiently and correctly.
