Notable Projects:- Bayesian Machine Learning: Predicted heating load using the “Energy Efficiency” dataset. Applied Hamiltonian Monte Carlo (HMC) sampling to a Bayesian Linear Regression model. Additionally, implemented Variational Inference with a Mean-Field Theory factorisation to estimate the most probable values for the hyperparameters (θ).- Reinforcement Learning: Implemented Double Q-learning and Dyna-Q in a racetrack environment. Also applied Twin-Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (TD3) to the Half-Cheetah environment in OpenAI’s MuJoCo.- Applied Data Science: A full-cycle data science project on student travel habits. Collected, pre-processed, cleaned and analysed the data, applying machine learning techniques to generate insights. This project encompassed all key stages of data science from start to finish.
