• Technical Administrator for the follow document management systems across the Company: Aconex, Filenet, Documentum, Erooms and other project specific document control portals.• Work with Project Leaders and produce customised Documentation Indexes for large/special projects based on document requirements listed in RFQ / Purchase Orders • Drive continuous improvement of Document handling by creating and revising document management procedures and providing training systems.• Responsible for back-end Project Management & Execution support and generate weekly status reports to be reported and submitted to management. • Attend kick off meetings along with Sales Engineer / Project Engineer and customer pertaining to documentation system requirements / submission as required. • Submit the documents hard / soft copy based project requirements for approval with transmittal. • Coordinate, track and expedite documentation progress until submission of all documents; • Coordinate with all Emerson Process Management divisions and source documents/ certificates from different factories / divisions. • Inform responsible Project Engineer of document status to trigger invoicing and expedite. • File and maintain the existing Engineering documents together with incoming documents, in an orderly and controlled manner, in accord with established filing procedure. • Receives records and files all incoming documents and procedure distribution copies. • Prepares Document Transmittal and issue copies as requested or upon instruction of the Project and Engineering Managers.

Co-ordination of Mechanical & Electrical services plans.• Experience in various different sectors such as public, industrial, commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, manufacturing and I have also spent time working in the UK.• Use of numerous computer systems including the following: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Redsky, Amtech Estimation, AutoCAD Quark & Adobe Editor.
