I shaped our consultative sales and service models that resulted in numerous customer satisfaction awards that allowed Cogeco to differentiate itself in a hyper competitive Ontario market, and worked with my teams to launch programs that made the Contact Centre a fun and productive environment. In my Market Development (Network Expansion) role, I successfully lobbied and built relationships with key Municipal leaders (Mayors, CAOs etc.) across the province to gain support for Cogeco’s applications for Federal and Provincial subsidy programs and served as the main contact for municipal escalations related to network expansion projects that were ultimately awarded. Regardless of my roles over the years, my hallmark for success has been that I am a strong communicator and performance coach who is passionate about helping individuals and teams be the best version of themselves and helping them to recognize how they contribute to the organization and that what they do truly makes a difference.
