Working with new and existing customers globally to provide sales and technical support for orders and enquiries ranging from consumable spares through to complete furnace/forehearth projects. Developing initial customer enquiries into workable concepts allowing accurate capital project and operational costs to be determined ensuring projects remain viable.Providing on-site support to customers when and where required and carrying out detailed site surveys.Producing and publishing technical articles for various glass industry publications as well as presenting papers at conferences worldwide.
