A fully qualified Industrial Chemist who is freelance working in steel imports & biomass inspections. Graham has routed soils for non-haz landfill, hazardous waste transfer and has assessed mining commodities in Mexico, Tanzania, Belgium & the UK with expertise in sample security, product development, project management, geochemistry, coal sampling, formulation chemistry in hair care products and QC of wines.Specialities: steel imports from Korea & Taiwan, soils assessment from geo-technics reports, hazardous waste assessment & routing, sampling/inspection/supervision of mining commodities, project management, sample security of mined copper, lead & zinc in Mexico, FMP/TML measurement of metal ores, soils routing, colloids, rheology of liquids & soft solids, viscosity & flow mechanics, TFS shipments, hair science & product formulation.Graham began his career studying Geology with Geochemistry in the mid-80's and joined Unilever in 1991 working on hair care, focusing skills on novel product formulation & development. Graduating in Applied Chemistry in 1996 BSc(Hons), he continued his work on hair products until 2003. He then moved into the field of surveying & hazardous waste with NDC Consultants, Veolia, Avanti, PHS, WasteCare & Booth Ventures. In 2012 his project management skills were transferred to bulk commodities as an international sampler-inspector with Alfred H Knight International Ltd. His projects have included placements in Mexico, Belgium, Tanzania & UK wide, utilising project management skills in sample security, metal concentrate sample-inspection, copper blister & cathode inspection, red alloy, galena, cobalt, tantalum, Russian & US steam coal.With Simon Smithdale from the construction industry and Phil Sutton, he helped co-patent Simon's invention 'Synthetic Kerbstones & Method of Use'​ 2003. Graham is listed as co-inventor on GB, European & world patents for Durakerb, Dove shampoo & Dove anti-dandruff shampoo.Interests include Vespas, snooker, rugby, Everton FC, live music, science fiction, cycling, camping & hill walking.
