I have an extensive background in delivering complex technical training in an enjoyable and consumable manner.This teaching and training experience spans many years (too many)....from being Aircrew in the RAF Support Helicopter fleet, to teaching students to be Microsoft certified engineers and in recent years flying sports aviation aircraft (both flex and fixed wing variants). I am now utilising my knowledge and experience as I undertake the role of NPPL Flight Instructor (R). I am also a capable and authoritative public speaker (and educator). Over the years I have presented and delivered topics in many varied locations from Military environments to on stage at the Microsoft World Partner Conference in Orlando and for Microsoft at the International Festival of Business. I have also delivered aviation related content to regional clubs and societies.Add to this my ability to grasp any process or system allows me to be a formidable trainer and businessman, from design, implementation and through to delivery and the continual improvement cycle essential to any requirement.I have a thirst for knowledge and what we can or could do next. I enjoy educating, demystifying, inspiring and ultimately witnessing progress.And in the words of someone far smarter than me "education breeds confidence..."
