Prepared 3 epidemiological reports (Chronic Disease: Heart Disease, Chronic Lower Respiratory Disease, Cerebrovascular Accident, HIV & Comorbidities, Vaccine Hesitancy) for HCSEF, one of eleven private local organizations that conduct regional health planning and implementation activities among 5 counties in Florida. Each epidemiological report included county, state, and U.S. statistics collected from several sources (CDC, FL Health Charts, etc.), risk factors for disease/health outcomes, trend analysis over the past 5 years, resources, and disease intervention programs within the community.Data briefs provided relevant data tabulations, visually-appealing graphics, and text descriptions of statistical patterns.In the final epidemiological report, qualitative data analysis was conducted from focus groups (FG). Key themes were identified based on FG responses to better understand vaccine hesitancy within the community. Data was collected on current vaccination rates and case fatality rates in Palm Beach County stratified by age, sex, and race. Data analysis to locate health disparities. Provided several recommendations for community partners and community health workers in order to enhance the promotion of vaccines.Presented to the Black Health Coalition of Palm Beach County about information obtained from focus groups and recommendations to increase vaccination rates within the community. Data collected and analyzed for Florida’s State Health Assessment. Reviewed information for inconsistencies or missing/incorrect data.

Identified differences between participants' retelling of a given narrative to see how their own bias may have affected their retold story.
