My career with Hyatt started at Park Hyatt Chicago in 2001 when I joined the Rooms Division team as Guest Services Manager. I held several key positions during my 9 years at Park Hyatt Chicago and was fortunate to assist in a number of projects for Hyatt Corporate Office. The following positions where held at Park Hyatt Chicago:Rooms Division Training Manager, Director of Guest Service Operations, Executive Housekeeping and Director of Rooms.

I first came to United States in 1998 as a Management Trainee at Keswick Hall, then owned and operated by Ashley House. I spent my first year training at Keswick Hall and a short time at the Inn at Perry Cabin. In 1999 Ashley House was sold to Orient Express Hotels, I become Assistant Front Office Manager and was later promoted to Front Office Manager.

During my second year at HIHCC I interned at the Park Hotel Kenmare.I worked in F&B spending time in the main dinning room and at the Lime Tree Restaurant. I retuned for a second seasons and had the opportunity to experience some time in Housekeeping and Front Office.
