Representative of the Democratic Alliance elected on 7 May 2014 and sworn in on 21 May 2014. Political Head of Democratic Alliance Bronberg Constituency in Ekurhuleni. Bronberg Constituency covers wards 1 to 5 plus wards 23, 25, 89, 100 and 102 in Ekurhuleni. Ward councillors in the constituency are Derek Thomson (ward 1), Andre du Plessis (ward 23) and Pieter Henning (ward 25). PR councillors are Khathu Rasilingwane (ward 2) Eulbri Kubayi (wards 3 and 102), Tebogo Masenya (wards 4,5 and 100) and Selby Tghekiso (ward 89)I served on the Standing Committee for Public Accounts.

I was selected by the Democratic Alliance as a candidate for the Provincial Elections on 7 May 2014 in an electable position.

Elected 18 May 2011.Ward 92 includes all Germiston suburbs north of the R24 and includes the following Germiston and Boksburg suburbs Buurendal, Highway Gardens, Harmelia, Meadowdale, Meadowbrook, Klopper Park, Elandsfontein, Elandsfontein Rail, Sunnyridge, Sunnyrock, Activia Park, Henville, Tunney, Kruinhof, Greenhills Industrial, Gerdview north of Meppen Road / Park, Solheim East, Symhurst, Wilbart, Rietfontein East of Bedfordview, Jet Park, Bartlett and Bardene north of North Rand Road (north of East Rand Mall) and West of Atlas Road Boksburg and Witkoppie Ridge / Impala Park West.

I was elected on 10 September with confirmation from IEC on 17 September. Was deployed to Midstream and Olifantsfontein to assist in traditional campaigning in Tembisa constituency.

Contract until December 2010 to manage admin and accounting functions was extended for a further 9 months.Masibambane College is an Anglican Diocesan school initiated and supported by Education Africa and St John's College. The school initially started out as a primary school whose construction was funded primarily by the City of Vienna. The year 2010 saw the official opening of the Masibambane College High School whose construction was funded by CEDAR Foundation (Canada).Masibambane College is situated in Orange Farm, an enormous township situated about 50km south of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Retrenchment.

Responsibilities : - Head Office Accounting and Accounts Payable (4 staff), Regional consolidation of annual and monthly financial reports, monthly board of directors packs, statutory financial statements, budgets, forecasts and tax returns. Review of departmental accounts with various directors.Reason for change: Centralisation of Corobrik Transvaal Head Office resulting in restructuring of departments.

Responsibilities – Drafting of standardized Administration, Factory and Sales procedures.Reason for change: The Corobrik Transvaal Company Secretary, Financial Accountant and Management Accountant all left at the same time and Directors felt that filling these operational positions was more urgent than continuing with my project. I took over all 3 positions with restructuring of departments.
