Key Responsibilities:● C02 alarm maintenance and installations for BOC Sureserve into pub cellars and cold rooms nationwide* To be the lead contact for my company on the client’s site and make recommendations to suit their needs* Project manage all additional electrical works on site* Prepared reports and document maintenance activities using site SAP planned maintenance system* Operate safe permit to work systems and carry out a high level of site safety at all times* Commission and maintain all new plant and equipment* Electrical maintenance of 10kv rectifier, substations and generators* Switchgear maintenance on all motors* Fire alarm Maintenance * Maintenance of switchgear for tankers and iso containers* Replace all site and warehouse flood lighting to low energy induction lighting on my recommendation* Refit of offices and canteens* PLC fault finding to keep plant working efficientlyPPM and testing of all site Emergency Lighting SystemsI also went on to work directly with BOC gases for 2 of these years working with there Atlas data entry program.

To supervise and assist a team of electricians and apprentices in the full fit out of 8 floors of this new building* To maintain a professional working relationship with the engineers of Brassington Engineering Services* To project manage additional areas of work apart from electrical to make sure proper completion of works* To co-ordinate after hours installations of work to meet deadlines and not to disrupt the customers running of business

To look after multiple clients on a weekly basis while working in the service & maintenance department* Installation, commission and maintenance of smoke ventilation systems* Installation of ventilation systems which were controlled by air and electrical rams* Working on big sites including Dundrum Shopping Centre, Blanchardstown Centre and many new apartment blocks and office buildings* I had the opportunity in Williiam Cox to progress to a foreman role

I served my apprenticeship with this family run company where I was able to learn quickly and professionally in many different sectors of business from domestic, commercial to industrial. We had many contracts with the county council and I quickly looked after the rewires of these houses. They also had clients such as Health Express and The Health Store where we had the contract to refit these shops.
