Responsible for overall architecture, lifecycle and design decisions for a portfolio of infrastructure systems including corporate password reset system, Windows domain security policy, and global event log collection and reconciliation systems (20,000 servers and over 1 million entries processed per day).• Led key initiative to deliver the internal “Shopping Cart” for software provisioning. Established a build environment capable of compiling the entire Windows OS.• Designed, selected and implemented the first all Windows based, digital flat panel (DVI-D) trading floor at Canary Wharf, London.• Reengineered and standardized the German Consumer Bank’s retail branch platform – an environment with a complex heavy-client workstation with over 140 interdependent modules, and strict bandwidth throttling requirements.• Partnered with eEye Digital Security to develop and implement the world’s largest network vulnerability scanner - capable of analyzing and assigning remediation on 1+ million responding IP addresses per day. Drove innovative modifications of eEye’s product to handle the scale of Citi’s infrastructure and match a machine based inventory with the network scan to create specific remediation tasks assigned to SAs.• Achieved 2003 Tech Forum award – Information Security. • Recognized for unique industry achievement that after the loss of 7 World Trade Center on 9/11, the Asset Management staff were able to log into workstations in alternate sites with no business interruption.

Selected to relocate to New York and worked on the Salomon - Smith Barney merger and then the Citigroup mergers. Established PC-SOE tools as the corporate standard for patch management and roaming desktops. Hired into the Salomon Brothers graduate recruitment program as a Software Developer specializing in X-Windows connectivity and TCP/IP stacks for PCs. Promoted to team leader for the firms Windows 3.1 desktop environment that used Sun file servers.• Designed application "wrapping" which enabled a fully roaming (log in anywhere) end user experience.• Lead developer and architect for the global Windows NT migration - PC SOE (Standard Operating Environment).• Expert witness for the company in a multi-million pound fraud case.
