His most recent paper, Generative AI Will Break the Internet: Beyond Section 230, 37 Harv. J.L. & Tech. Dig. (Spring 2024), focuses on the interplay of generative artificial intelligence and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, the internet’s foundational law that provides federal immunity from liability for third-party content. Graham has been quoted on AI law and policy issues in various publications such as The Wall Street Journal and the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing memorandum on Legislative Proposal to Sunset Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
