Human Resources Operations Manager
Current• Developing/managing onboarding and offboarding of District Wide employee groups and non-district employee• Developing and managing key HR operational systems. • Provides leadership and direction on assigned initiatives, projects or project tasks• Establishes and implements process improvements for all HR operations• Maintain communication and feedback loops with onboarding employees and partner offices • Plan and facilitate New Colleague Orientation • Process resignation and retirement requests, including internal communications • Plan and facilitate annual retirement celebration • Manage critical systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality: APTA, PA-ETEP, Frontline , Vector • Manage recurring office operations: Service recognition, tenure recognition, salary track change, tuition reimbursement, tracking seniority, HR reporting (JOLTS, EEOC), personnel board agenda, personnel files, supply maintenance, documentation management • Operationalize the Human Resources Team's approach and systems for customer service
